Since I was about eight when I saw Age of Empires II on my dad's Laptop. But I've only played Age of Empires 1 & 2 and Age of Mythology, with their respective Add-Ons.

Hmmmmm....I'd say anyone that can come up with good ideas for scenarios. They'll learn from better SDers and take inspiration and eventually become great designers
